Position Overview:
The Administrative & Logistics coordinator supports the accounting/logistics team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating documentation and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales/sourcing co-workers and accounting agents etc. This role is key to maintaining accurate records such as Input/Output VAT invoices gathering and delivering to accounting agent along with corresponding stuff, the internal office paperwork, high efficiency communication with local and abroad teams.
Job requirements:
l At least 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferred accounting background or market research)
l Tertiary degree in accounting, trading field.
l Proficiency in English, good copy-writing skill, another language is a plus.
l Proficiency in computer software, especially in PPT, excel etc.
l Highly efficient & excellent communications skill to work with various stakeholders.
l Fast learner to understand the engineering Industry (machining, casting, injection) & projects.
l Good planning & problems solving skills.
