Mô tả công việc

Exchange with Banks to solve the normal issue (check station of transactions, check the required evidence or method to do)
To solve all arising issues related to issuing invoices, and import materials such as Prepare invoice cancel/adjust minute, returned goods, etc.
Check Payment request documents on Payment monthly, Prepare the Payment plan monthly.
Take responsibility for Balance confirmation with vendors for audit or follow company accounting policy.
Register Accounting entries in the SAP system for monthly closing.
Give people instruction on Payment evidence, production category, and revision of the mistake in the SAP system.
Cooperate with other departments in AR, AP, and monthly closing.
Prepare FCT, reports relating to government, and other reports from Accounting Management’s requirements.
Provide professional instruction and guidance on daily booking for other accountants to ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in correct accounting treatments as per VAS and audit standards.
Support Accounting Manager in Tax activities and annual audits.
Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary

Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit major, and related major.
Have 7 years of working experience above (in which 2~3 years of experience in the same position).
English communication, reporting, and work by email. Prefer to know more about Japanese
Good at the office computer.
Be careful and timely at work.
Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.

Working in Long Duc Industrial Park.
Working days: Monday-Friday and 1-2 Saturday /months (7:45 am - 4:30 pm ,45' lunch break)
Shuttle bus: 4 routes (From Hang Xanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa and Ba Ria)
13-Month salary + bonus 2 times per year.
