Accountant

Lalamove Vietnam

1/ Daily:

• Perform payment process, check payment voucher, and process payment
• Follow up cash in the bank and update top-up transaction from Driver and User
• Manage cash on hand (in and out)
• Control Driver deposit
• Filing and arranging accounting documents

2/ Weekly:

• Perform cashout process for Driver
• Prepare weekly reports relating to cash, and bank and submit them to the Senior Accountant
• Follow up on Debt collection and Account Receivable
• Perform accounting entries for daily transactions

3/ Monthly:

• Perform monthly stock count and cash count
• Prepare monthly sale report on inventory sold
• Check data and perform accounting entries for monthly closing

• At least 2 or 3 years experience in accounting fields
• Good in communication, hard-working, active in work
• English: fair in reading and writing
• Computer: Good in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility

• Base Salary + Incentive Bonus & 13-month bonus based on company bonus structure & policy
