• Hold accountability and responsibility to the develop new local business
• Be responsible for new business budget;
• Actively look for new opportunities and visit clients;

Requirements

• 3+ year working experience of General Property & Casualty in insurance broker industry, it is preferable if from Marsh, WTW;
• Familiar with the standard procedures and operations of insurance broker;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong capability of business development and client service;
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills;
• Result-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets;
• Must be resourceful and capable in a fast-paced and competitive environment;
• Proficient in English is preference
• Bachelor degree or above
