• Hold accountability and responsibility to the develop new local business
• Actively look for new opportunities and visit clients;
• Performing other duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year working experience of General Property & Casualty in insurance broker industry, it is preferable if from Marsh, WTW, Aon, PVI, AIG, Bao VIet, Bao Minh.. ( Freshers are welcome )
• Familiar with the standard procedures and operations of insurance brokers;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong capability of business development and client service;
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills;
• Result-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets;
• Must be resourceful and capable in a fast-paced and competitive environment;
• Proficient in English/Chinese is preference
• Bachelor's degree or above, prefer graduated from RMIT University
