1. Recruitment:

• In charge of timely recruitment of employees for teams and projects based on the demands
• Propose an effective monthly / yearly recruitment budget plans, and manage those under the vague instructions
• Follow the recruitment process and propose initiatives to improve recruitment quality.

2. Human Resources:

• Be responsible for interpreting the current related laws, regulations, and the company rules, to the employees
• Follow up employees' time records and related tasks that come after
• Maintain and develop a strong company culture
• Support others to develop employees' skills and experiences along their career goals

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of the experience in the similar positions
• Outstanding ability to understand human psychology
• Be positive, open, and proactive
• Has the high sense of responsibility
• Proficient in English verbally and written
• Well understanding of related laws and regulations in Vietnam

• Salary is adjusted twice a year, basing on performance review.
• Birthday leave: 1 day (after 1 year of service)
