We are looking for a Growth/ Affiliate Marketing Executive with:

• At least 1 year of proven experience and results from previous work as a Growth/ Affiliate Marketing Executive or similar role, be familiar with Shopify shall be a plus.
• Good logical & critical thinking.
• Be proficient in SEO best practices and have good understanding of content marketing.
• Be familiar with marketing automation platforms and strong in implementing A/B testing.
• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing.
• Experience with copywriting, targeting strategies, and campaign management.
• Efficient team player, superb individual contributor. 

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Young, energetic, hunger for knowledge, and always ready for new challenges.
• Empathy, Patience and Hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Work with CGO to plan and execute growth marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Optimize email marketing campaigns and marketing automations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as (but not limited to) SEO, social media, email, content marketing, and partnerships.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners to optimize their sales conversion, develop incentive programs to motivate partners, negotiate placements, and secure added value.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, implementing innovative strategies to ensure performance and efficiency
