The typical duties, tasks, and responsibilities that the warehouse & logistic manager are shown below: 

- Operating and supervising all daily activities and employees working in warehouses

- Overseeing and monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency

- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations

- Organizing warehouse, categorizing goods, planning routes, and processing shipments. Monitoring the storage of goods in stock: Ensure quantity, sort by type, goods deadline

- Tackling and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise

- Supervising, coaching, and training the warehouse workforce

- Keeping track of the cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeline targets

- Working in conformity with laws, regulations, and policies

- Overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods or materials

- Resolving delivery inconsistencies or delay

- Developing an environment that fosters open and positive team communication by setting expectations, and communicating the company’s goals or objectives

- Taking care of inquiries or compliance issues related to shipping or transportation matters

- Ensuring that shipping documents are well kept, updated, and in compliance. Examples include cost statement, health certificates, permits, etc.

- Working in relation to production departments, quality assurance, and supply chain analysts in the organization

- Examining, identifying, planning and managing special logistics and warehousing processes or operations which involves ensuring that accurate and complete accounting, reporting, and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are accurately maintained.

- Responsibility for asset management, goods and loss control for the company

- Coordinate delivery on times and request times

- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results

- Responsibly for the warehouse’s number and report

- Set up and review KPI for staffs

- Coordinate with HR department to recruit staff, orient, coach and motivate warehouse employees

- The other jobs from Board of Director’s requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any field related to logistics management.

- 3 years or above of experience as a Warehouse & logistic manager, of which the total experience is 5 years or above, preferably in the food industry, FMCG

- Good knowledge about first in first out Rules and save the foods

- High computer literacy, which involves being able to work with Microsoft packages

- Ability to operate and manage staff, coordinate delivery staff.

- Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives.

- Skills in problem analysis

- Ability to work independently, under high pressure

- Ability to coordinate with related departments

- Use English in reports with the Board of Directors

- Salary: The agreement depends on the capacity of the candidate when participating in the interview.
