Manage a team of up to 20 staffs
Represent Delivery Division to discuss at length with business product teams to understand business problem and use cases, to conceptualize and building solutions for digital products, give appropriate advices on digital user journey to build meaningful user journey and yet deliverable within short time frame (MVP scope).
Critical bridge to cover the gap between business vision and technology challenges, to maximize the benefits/potential of digital products to take full advantage of available technology while still feasible for technical implementation
Strategically build the feasible vision of the digital product, and at the same time, contentiously divide such vision into smaller, bite-size but meaningful scope (Minimum Viable Product) for each phase that perfectly balances between benefits and implementation effort, which is the key factor for a successful release in agile manner.
A technological/delivery expert who can very quickly, yet accurately, estimate require resources, effort, practical timeline for the defined scope
With a solid foundation of Software engineering, Application/platform architecture design, quickly define the technical blue print for the MVP scope and communicate such expectation effectively to development teams, constantly review the development quality to ensure technical blueprint are well understood and being implemented correctly.
An enthusiastic person who can communicate effectively the vision of the product, together with its MVP scope to various stakeholders: C level, business team, and development team
Work closely with scrum teams to ensure MVP scope/road map/blueprint is well understood and provide high-level oversights among multiple teams to ensure such scope is implemented correctly and with quality
Work closely with scrum teams to ensure application design is robust, secure, maintainable, and scalable.
Proactive to research and learn new methodologies and technologies and bring knowledge to the team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant areas
Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering/lead/solution architect role having hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and some cross-platform mobile development (using either React native or Flutter, etc..)
Able to understand and speak ‘business language’ and communicate very well with various stakeholders from different departments. Understand well digital journey
At least 4 years working as a solution architect or similar role with strong experience working with business user to understand the business problem and translate to high-level technical solution
Must be a strong full-stack developer (either web or mobile app), with a minimum of 3-4 years of solid working experience as a full-stack developer.
Strong experience writing or utilizing RESTful API services and performance tuning for large scale applications
Strong understanding of how to build secure web/mobile application or secure integration points with 3rd party API
Strong understanding of application engineering/System integration/Security best practices
Strong experience with RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL
Strong experience with DevOps CI/CD process/practices/technologies (especially in Docker environment), some form of automated testing such as Selenium
Strong experience with micro-services architecture is a must
Experience in banking finance is preferred.
Overseas experience is preferred.
