We are looking for an experienced Verification Specialist to evaluate client’s descriptions and information to determine if their personal data and credit score is compliant with disbursement policy. Your responsibility is to develop the Verification department.
- Organize work, ensure the productivity of processing dossiers and appraisal quality of the department;
- Participate in evaluating and proposing to improve the process that the department is operating
- Training to develop knowledge and skills of the employees or as assigned of the Head of Department
- Monitor operation and timely report system errors affecting the working process of the department.
- Receive information and report to relevant departments information about system errors, product complaints, sales policies from partners, sales departments and market staff.
- Coordinate regularly with the training and quality management team to evaluate the quality of employees in the working process
- Identify & report issues to relevant teams when beyond the scope of this department.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
