Responsibilities:

This role will be based in our Vietnam Office and primary role will be:

• Market Entry Strategy and Operations: Spearhead the market entry strategy and operations for the company from ground up. This includes obtaining corporate and/or business licences, import permits, and other regulatory approvals required to operate in the market. In addition to securing the necessary documentation and working with consultants/third party suppliers as part of the business setup process (licensing and/or distribution agreements, warehousing agreement, etc).
• Market Research and Analysis: Research new market opportunities and act as a consultant to the management. Carry out qualitative and quantitative research by collecting data via Polls, Surveys, Focus Groups, Home Panel, etc.
• Business Model and Process Improvement: Analyse performance of existing parts of the business and seek ways to improve impact and efficiency.
• Strategy and Special Projects: Take ownership of various multi-functional projects to explore opportunities, grow and add value to our young business. Undertake special projects for the organization.
• Management Reporting: Deliver & consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
• Business Development and Partnership: Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating team members on progress. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders.

• Attitude: Excitement for tackling complex business situations
• Experience: At least 2 -3 years experience in Venture Development Associate or relevant role
• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree, preferably from top-tier universities. Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or startups is a strong plus.
• Preference: Preference to work in a startup environment, experiences in a startup and ecommerce are a plus
• Attributes: Data driven, analytical, curious, eager to learn & possessing critical thinking abilities, ability to manage multiple projects end to end
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, GSuite, and willing to learn other tools used for tracking, optimization, and reporting
• Attitude: Independent attitude and seeking to solve problems. Curious and willing to test and try new things
• Language: Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese
