● Provide leadership to the Design, Video and Animation Team.

● Set and communicate a clear creative direction, collaborating with the Production Team to ensure projects are being executed on time.

● Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing creative team across the globe, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

● Conduct regular performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.

● Develop and implement creative strategies that align with overall brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.

● Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects.

● Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective project management.

● Uphold and evolve the brand identity across all creative assets and campaigns.

● Ensure that creative outputs consistently reflect the brand's values, messaging, and visual identity.

● Work closely with the Chief Creative Officer to plan, align and concept new ideas, products and projects.

Requirements:

● Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.

● Adept in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and experience collaborating in Google Slides, Google Docs, and Slack

● Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, and creative thinking across various platforms and mediums.

● Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

● Strong project management and organizational skills.

● You’ll need to have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and colleagues around the world (you need to have a level of English equal to or higher than B2)

● You can successfully ideate and pitch your ideas in a brief but effective format

● You can produce concepts from scratch and enhance ideas provided by leadership and colleagues

● Strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI, and responsive design

● Strong understanding of design principles in every medium.

● Experience working in Video Productions and content creation

● You are humble and colloborative to listen and learn from clients and teammates

● You know how to maintain a positive vibe and inspire people to get things done while working remotel

● Candidate with prior experience in Digital Media, Traditional Media, Digital or Creative Agencies, and Production is advantageous
