Mô tả công việc
- Assist in customer service and client profile management (get client’s information viaphone calls and emails, instruct clients on filling in the application form, prepare offer and conduct contract documentation).
- Make invoice and follow-up payment for each project.
- Coordinate for audit planning, e.g. prepare for monthly audit schedule and follow up with due inspections and reports.
- Support marketing activities of Certification department (coordinating to organize fairs, exhibitions and workshop events)
- To be a contact point between clients, auditors and certifiers in Vietnam and overseas during report checking, certification decision, certification mark, the decision to suspension or withdrawal of the certificate.
Education requirement
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Textile.
Work experience requirement
- Fluently in English.
- Graduated/experience in Textile field.
