Mô tả công việc

Managing a team of 15 – 20 telesales agents.
Ensure the KPI of the team: daily, weekly, and monthly KPI on a total of calls, a total of reaching target consumers, and sales conversion.
Training, and coaching agents in terms of products, knowledge, process, system, and soft skill, to ensure agents received enough knowledge & skill to deliver expected business results.
Reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basic for the line manager and as Client’s requirements.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a team lead position in a telesales/telemarketing environment.
Experience in telesales/telemarketing nutrition products is a plus.
High KPI oriented.
Good managing, communication, consulting skills, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and high tolerance for stress.

Salary: Up to 19 mil Gross + Bonus
Position promotion, salary increase: once/year.
13th month salary.
Insurances followed Vietnamese Labor Law.
Bonuses, gifts for Holidays.
Activities: Birthday party, Employee engagement activities.
Annual health checkup.
Annual leave: 12 days/year.
Parking fee: Company will transfer with salary payment period.
Working time: Monday – Saturday (8AM – 5PM)
