• Lead the technical team, make sure software design within best practices, reusable, maintainable.
• Coach the team to improve quality & make sure unit tests & automation tests are written.
• Research new technology.
• Hands-on DevOps domain.
• Hands-on Solution Design, Problem-solving, Optimizing & Coding.
• Coaching junior members.
• Recruit new members.

Must have:

● 1+ years experience in Tech Lead position.

● Experience in Frontend & Backend domain (PHP, NodeJS, Golang, Python).

● Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Docker, CI-CD, Monitoring, Microservices, Linux, Event Bus).

● DevOps experience.

● Experience in the Software Development process.

Nice to have:

● Mobile Development process.

● Knowledge about XMPP.
