Opportunity:

Tribee is entering our next phase of growth. To support this, we need an effective, entrepreneurial Head of Engineering to build our in-house tech team and take a key role shaping the future direction of our tech stack and product, preparing it for scale.

Tech lead

• Manage our outsourced dev team and coordinate with Tribee product team
• Build an in-house development team within the first 12 months
• Develop, mentor and lead in-house team, adding more resources where required
• Support the hiring and retention of the team
• Contribute to the strategic direction of our platform and broader tech direction

Full stack development

• Manage full tech stack (React Native, Node.js, Nest, AWS)
• Add new modules, improve existing functions
• Manage and develop a scalable database capable of processing multiple data sources (PostgreSQL)

• Experience: 5 years
• Leadership experience: 2 years

• Competitive base salary + 13th month salary
