Responsibility

• Lead smart-city product which will be installed for 7000+ houses at the end of this year
• Take care of development, deployment, planning and delivery
• Work with Head of Product about product plan
• Work with CTO about tech plan
• Coaching team member to higher level

- Technical skill

• Expert in Python/Django or ReactJS/React Native or RoR
• At least 3 years experience with TDD/BDD
• At least 3 years experience with CI/CD
• Advance level in both backend and frontend
• Experience with Kubernetes and DevOps
• IoT experience is a plus

- Communication skill

• Talk with member at different level: internship, fresher, mid, senior
• Talk with product and business people
• Good in English

- Working skill

• Understand when we need to work 150% then when with 80%
• Understand startup delivery culture
• Non-stop learner
