As Talent Acquisition Associate/Executive, you will take responsibility for the quality of our vacancies recruitment process. To excel in the role, you will need to have a clear and methodical way of working and great communication skills. You can expect the role to include:

* Recruitment (70%):

  • Take over and drive the full end to end recruitment process for variety vacancies such as Recruitment Consultant, IT Product, IT Outsource, Marketing, and other Teams based on Company’s structure
  • Build up resources for searching and hunting suitable candidates for Company’s vacancies via different recruitment channels. Suggest and use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Job Posting)
  • Intense day to day online sourcing of IT Talents and Consultants
  • Work closely with the Hiring Manager to understand the hiring requirements/ job description
  • Keep industry knowledge, employment trends, and recruiting strategies in order to attract highly sought-after talent.
  • Other tasks as requirement

* Employer Branding (20%):

  • Manage and update company career social channels
  • Research and work on programmes to enhance our employer brand
  • Design and implement talent programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the Company's talent pool

* Employee Engagement & Development Activity (10%):

  • Friendly communicate, listen and follow employees in order to fulfill their necessary needs and requirements
  • Keep tracking of members performance

Yêu cầu

  • At least 2 year of experience in Recruitment Internal/ External/ Headhunt and at least 1 years of experience in IT Recruitment
  • Headhunt experience background is a plus
  • Highly proactive, responsible, customer-oriented, good mindset, logical thinking and good communication
  • Good skills in screening, headhunting, interviewing candidates
  • Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility, high responsibility, and ability to work independently and under high pressure
  • Have knowledge of technology used in recruitment and branding
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Good at English
  • Good experience in employer branding, developing communication channels to potential candidates is a plus
