• Design and implement talent acquisition strategy.
• Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities including Screening, Interview, Selection and Offering.
• Conduct proactive sourcing through networking, candidate database etc.
• Develop creative and innovative sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
• Responsible for job advertising and posting via multiple job portals and social media platform.
• Develop, review and revise job descriptions and specifications as required.
• Must be Vietnamese, Spouse visa holder or local Malaysian Vietnamese speaker.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this would be preferred / Fresh Grads are welcome.
• Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise.
• Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
