Service Sales Rep

Job purpose:

Under the direction of Service Sales Manager, Otis Vietnam, the basic responsibilities of the position as a Service Sales Rep are:

• Visit customers to understand market and find sale opportunities.
• Increase number of net gain units in portfolio by conversion, recapture, and cancellation prevention.
• Meet assigned sales revenue by booking repair and modernization contract.
• Work in team with service FOD to hit the targets by developing shared strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement business plan and keep updating business forecast by weekly/ monthy to meet assigned targets.
• Co-ordinate stricly with relevant departments so that he/she can solve customer’s matter quickly to meet the company’s service excellence.
• Visit customers as scheduled to understand their requirements regarding our service and report the customer’s requirement/complaint to the supervisor for proper response.
• Maintain business relationship with existing customers to prevent lost contract and provide Otis response to them timely.
• Based on existing portfolio, visit and conduct presentation to potential customers to get modernization contracts.
• Prepare quotation of repair service, finalize contract, and arrange the booking smoothly.
• Follow-up service collection and report to Supervisor for further instruction as any risk is forecasted to increase SVC revenue.
• Always follow stricly the Otis policy and procedures to implement Otis core values and absolutes.
• Perform other related tasks/ad-hoc projects upon assigned.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 2 years in related business, preferrable in Elevator industry.
• Knowledge & experience of elevator operation, contract management, and sales/marketing.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• English communication skills.
• Technical knowledge in elevator is a plus.
