  • Guide Content Moderators on real-time policy and quality questions.
  • Build an expert-level understanding of particular policy areas and ensure that you are keeping updated with developments.
  • Look for areas of policy and process improvement and provide regular feedback to Team Leaders and Quality Assurance teams.

Yêu cầu

  • Experience performing a Content Moderation Quality Assurance role in a Content Moderation/ Content Quality / Safety environment.
  • Pay good attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
  • Experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment.
