POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT

This is the key position in the Company who will be responsible for growing regional business in southern region using all the Company business methods and organizing events at the regional level, as well as supporting other initiatives at national and APAC regional level. This position is also responsible for regional cost center management. This position is based in the Company Regional Offices and will be directly reporting to Sales Head.


SALES ACTIVITIES :

-    Coordinate with HCM office to plan, execute and evaluate Sales Events in South Region

-     Translate, design flyer and other communication materials

-    Ensure all communication tools being used to effectively reach distributors and other targeted audiences.

-    Develop, plan and initial ideas promotional programs and event for distributor-self as well as the company with the objective is to support distributors achieve and exceed sales volume 's goal.

-    Develop & implement monthly and quarterly training events to support distributors for building selling skills as well as nutrition knowledge.

-    New products: Support in New Product Launch event planning and promotions

-    Coordinate with HCM office to adapt, develop Herbalife business models.

-    Understand in depth business trend and actively come up with promotion ideas to further grow business.

-    Responsible for on time reports as per regulated by the Company.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly lead and supervise sales staff of the South regional office

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Interacts with all levels throughout organization; including Corporate/Regional staff, the Company independent distributors, and vendors.

The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

  • University degree or above.
  • Min 5-7 years experience in Sales or Marketing (prefer Trade marketing background in FMCG industry)
  • Good planning, execution, follow up skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Travel is required
  • Written and spoken English are advantage points
  • MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
