- Analyze product requirements, provide estimation, and design test strategy for software undertest.
- Derive test specifications, execute tests and report results to Lead/Manager
- Follow found bugs for fixing and perform regression tests if required
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities for increasing QA QC performance and product quality.
- Monitor testing progress and issues of releases; identify and mitigate the risks of leaked bugs and timeline delay.
- Research and propose new tools and technologies in testing for applying to real projects
- Develop automation Testing from the beginning
- 3+ years of experience in Manual testing
- Strong working knowledge of the QA review and testing process, designing test scenarios and test scripts, understanding of various testing techniques
- Experience in SCRUM methodologies on Agile projects
- Experience in testing APIs, and Database
- Experience with test management tools (Jira)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong logical reasoning skills
- Demonstrable leadership skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ IT or related major
- Good English skills in communication and documentation
- Experience with automated testing is a plus (Selenium, Cypress)
