Senior PHP Developer (Japan)

• Engage in the system design, development, rollout, and operation of our backend service.
• Join a team of engineers with a diverse cultural background.
• Take the initiative in conducting design/implementation reviews for other engineers.
• Resolve issues regarding architecture, design, scalability, and performance.
• Improve development efficiency by automation using CI/CD. 

Must to have:

• More than 3 years experience developing backend applications using PHP framework (Laravel, CakePHP, etc.)
• Experience in database management (MySQL, etc.)
• Experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, Codebuild, Code deploy, etc.)
• Experience in system infrastructure on AWS, Azure, etc.
• Experience in leading a development team of 3 members or more
• Experience in the whole SDLC process (planning, creating, testing, deploy)
• Experience in writing Unit Tests
• High communication skill
• High motivation for team development
• High sense of ownership
• Willing to continuously learn new technologies and find ways to solve issues and requirements 
• Communicate in Japanese

Nice to have:

• Experience in large scale B2C e-commerce or Fintech service development - Experience in Agile development
• Experience in using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience in using analytics & BI tools
