• Conducting market research on real estate market across residential & commercial sectors
• Understanding feasibility study and financial module for projects
• Preparing research reports and other reports for investment
• Coordinating between departments
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Degree: University degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.

Experience and skills:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in market research/R&D position in real estate field
• Skill of market research, analyst, problem-solving
• Good Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
• Well organized, can work with less instructions and under pressure.
• Good communication in English

• International working environment (Vietnamese, Korean, American, etc.)
