We are offering an immediate opening for a Senior Human Resources Manager who is responsible for developing and executing Human Resources (HR) strategies of the overall business plan and strategic direction of our company. To be successful in this role, you should have international HR experience in senior roles and good knowledge of overseeing all personnel-related functions to ensure our HR Department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Work closely with the Founders and Leadership Team to define and implement the Human Resources/ People strategy across a number of countries
- Operate both on a strategic level and be hands-on as required; determine the strategic people priorities, review the HR infrastructure, translate the company-wide vision and mission into people initiatives, driving a consistent culture across the organization
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the HR compliance and strategy needs
- Develop the talent management and development proposition, including reviewing succession planning and leadership development
- Put in place a fit for purpose total rewards strategy and processes which align with the strategic objectives of the organization
- Define and implement a best in class HR functions and operations, managing people processes from on-boarding to exit as the company continues to grow and expand internationally
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment laws; apply these knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management
- English fluency is a must

- At least 7 years of human resource experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit, and a track record of initiative taking and effective project management
- An effective communicator and natural relationship builder who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalities
- Solid knowledge of international employment regulations and HR practices
- Experience of acting as a role model is essential and leading teams
- Comfortable in developing team members and empowering staff
