1/ Role Summary:

• A Senior HR Specialist is responsible for completing variety of tasks to support the daily operations of HR department, including creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidance.
• This role requires a candidate specializing in Talent Acquisition with excellent interpersonal skills as you will often be asked to work closely with other across different teams.

2/ Roles & Responsibilities:

• Creating a recruitment plan and coordinating with line managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
• Creating and implementing end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
• Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
• Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities.

• Having 3 years experience working in Talent Acquisition (Non Tech) or similar roles in Headhunt Agency or start-up.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Having a strong & effective network of candidates/recruitment service providers.
• Advanced in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving, detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
