Job description

• Designs marketing & communications materials (Brochure, Flyer…) following guidelines and master content;
• Design for Sales Gallery and Show Units and at site: Hoarding, Signage, Billboard, etc.
• Design for event launching: Backdrop, Banner, Standee, Invitation, EDM,
• Manage production process, assure accuracy of F.A files, coordinate with suppliers to check and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Manage & back up materials & image storage
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Degree: University degree in Graphic Design or relevant majors.

Experience and skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar position
• Good knowledge of design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) and video making software (Movie maker, etc.)
• Proficiency with file formats, such as TIF, EPS, JPG and PDF, with the ability to create and edit them.
• Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layout
• Professional and/or academic experience in print graphic design, advertising, photography or video production, or in-house agency setting, or a related setting.
• Good English communication skills.
