Senior Digital Performance Executive

• Leverage key industry trends and customer data to identify, test, and scale new digital acquisition channels.
• Drive the thinking on performance-driven creative development through ads, in-app experiences, and new user flows.
• Plan and executive digital marketing activities to increase installation and traffic that optimize spending and business performance: Develop the monthly, quarterly media plan and budget allocation. Control daily planning budget and optimization.
• Identify trends and insights, and then optimize spending and performance based on the findings.
• Create and maintain our measurement frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and compare results to goals
• Work with content team and designers to develop new content initiatives.

• At least 03 years of related work experience highly preferred, preferably with experience in a technology company. Understand about grocery and cooking is a plus.
• Have experience in performance campaigns on a level of 20,000 installs monthly.
• Strong understanding of the digital landscape, with expertise in at least 3 of Display, Affiliate, Facebook, Search, Tiktok, YouTube.
• Experience setting growth goals, managing a budget, building forecasts, and delivering against monthly CPI, CPA, CAC, LTV, conversion targets.
• Accurate with an attention to detail to ensure high quality and consistency of work.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
