Developer is responsible for receiving incidents, functional and technical requirements from the different users of the Global Certification System. It must provide a technical solution or improvement of the application, it must completely relieve the incident/development, communicate it to the technical team, prioritize it, monitor it, and update the news to the requesting user.
Tasks / Responsibilities
- End user Support via mail and ticket system for internal problems related to the Certification business system,
- Resolve in a timely manner the different functional and technical support requirements,
- Escalate to your supervisor in a timely manner the different problems that are beyond your responsibility,
- Collaborate and maintain documentation on user manuals and functional changes,
- Works with the systems technical team in the design of solutions associated with the requirements and growth of the business,
- Detail the incidents and technical improvements so that the systems technical team can carry them out,
- Test the solutions and apps,
- Prioritize and follow up on the requirements,
- Participate in Daily Meeting.
Job requirement
- University degree (M.Sc.) in Computer Science or equivalent,
- Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Software Development Team and few years of working in multi-national teams,
- Have worked a few years in projects with large code base,
- Current technology stack consists of Java, and the Spring Boot Framework, Angular, Android, TypeScript, Node.JS, npm,
- Have knowledge in architecture, design methods, API specifications, quality assurance and automated testing,
- Git version control and CI/CD pipeline concepts,
- Understanding of network protocols, databases, backend, and frontend technology,
- Experience with restful webservices and GraphQL,
- SCRUM Methodology.
- Object oriented design and development, and experience with functional programing or reactive concepts would be nice,
- English is the working language and is a must. Other languages are welcome,
- Strong capability to research and self-learn new technologies,
- Passion for well-structured, readable, and testable code,
