- Manage the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports.
- Manage client payments and keep track of records on daily basis.
- Prepare monthly reports and budget activities outcomes for management review.
- Review accounting reports with the territory finance leader on a monthly basis.
- Provide cost analysis and coordinate/monitor activities on cost, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Review and advice management on reserves/accruals based on company activities.
- Interact with banks, auditors, and tax authorities. Reconcile Banks and VAT accounts monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Manage and train a junior Accountant staff, periodically review subordinates as required and provide feedback to promote growth and development.
- Provide financial information to other company functions if CXO has any requests.
- Review all disbursements for purchase orders, pricing, and timing of payments.
- Safeguard company assets and assure adequate policy is implemented at all times;Ensure adherence to all control policies and procedures (both legal and corporate internal control requirements).
- Report directly to COO/CEO
- BA degree in a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience
- Good command of English.
- Experience using financial software is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience working for Outsource companies, Consulting Services, software companies
