Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Salesforce development, understands Salesforce data model, and has been involved in full-cycle deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom features using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Work with business teams to design scalable solutions in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
• Implement data model designs, automation logic, validation, and triggers.
• Support data migration, integration, and deployment tasks.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with Prudential’s security and audit standards.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce standard/custom objects and metadata structure.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Salesforce implementation.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required. (prefer)
