JOB OVERVIEW
Sales Staff in the Sales Department is responsible for Coconut Silo’s platform business development, meeting customers needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Platform sales strategy development is based on a thorough understanding of our services.
- Research logistics industry and potential Vietnamese markets.
- Liaise and negotiate with B2B partners, customers, suppliers, etc.
- Attend client meetings (if needed) and provide interpretation for Sales Manager.
- Provide customer service for platform operation and issues troubleshooting (if any) for existing business partners.
- Envolve in service improvement planning based on customer feedback, analyzing pain points.
- Perform other tasks required by the line manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or other related majors.
- Outgoing and socially confident, experienced in B2B relationship building.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- English skills: Professional working proficiency.
- The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- Having experience in B2B sales market will be an advantage
- Well-dressed with a professional demeanor.
