  • The set strategy of Sales in Vietnam of a new product: Confectionary with Japanese managers.
  • Build a network with MT channels such as supermarkets/malls/convenience stores.
  • Build a network with TT channels such as distributors.
  • Recruit good leaders/members below him/her.
  • Set rules and regulations for the Sales department.
  • Manage the operation of Sales.

Yêu cầu


  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales and related areas.
  • Must have 2-3 years of sales experience in the Confectionery/Food Industry.
  • Must have Business Level English.
  • Must have experience in sales of MT/TT.
  • Must have management experience as a salesperson.


  • Better have Japanese speaking ability but English is more important.
  • Better have a great network with MT clients such as supermarkets.

Quyền lợi

  • Insurance policy.
  • Bonus 13th month.
  • 1-2.5month bonus depending on individual and team performance
