Mô tả công việc

Manage and grow the business of Homecare and Personal Care in Vietnam territory.
Timely updating Salesforce (SFDC) pipeline, quotation, market data, campaign, etc.
Lead creation of account plan to grow sustainably with the key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities at key accounts.
Ensure profitability of the business by achieving monthly sales targets and market share.
Becoming focal point for key principles; managing market strategy together with suppliers, negotiate stock and price, manage inventory in cooperation with operation manager.
Maximize sales prospects by doing cross-selling.

Background in Chemical/Biological Engineering background in related fields;
Minimum 3 years of experience/relationship in Homecare and Personal Care or related
Good at English communication skill
Having experiences in supplier and account management.
Sales operation management with good relevant market knowledge and technical application.
Strong network and customer relationship with passionate and strong in new business development, “can-do” attitude.
Male/Female under 50
