- Perform market research and analysis, develop and implement strategy as announced by the organization and to measure/monitor the success of such, communicate company policy to sales team
- Coach, lead and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental
- Fulfill targets set for yourself and sales team as well as growth targets for volume and market share for Sales Department
- Calculate and submit quotations and tenders efficiently and follow-up accordingly
- Building strong relationship with current & potential customers, attend customer’s inquiries
- Promote sales of ocean freight, air freight, consolidation, customs clearance and domestic logistics service
- Increase awareness of company and capability in local market.
- Monthly Report to Managing Director
- Bachelor degree or higher, preferable in Logistics, Business Management or equivalent
- At least 03-05 years experience in the similar position
- Market Intelligence and product knowledge in International Freight Forwarding
