- Visit current distributors within Vietnam to understand their business and their new target business.
- Setup relationship with sub-dealers of each distributor to understand sellout of company's products.
- Catch stock of company in each sub-dealer.
- Collect information of competitor relating to company's products at sub-dealer.
- Manage PSI of company's products at each distributor well.
- Propose marketing program to support distributor if needed.
- Find out other business (gift business, commercial channel, etc. ) to increase more sales.
- Follow up sellout of SS bottle of the coffee shops and cultivate more business from Horeca channel.
- Other tasks requested by Sales Manager.
- Education: Bachelor.
- Skills: English, communication, negotiation, can-do attitude, fast learning.
- Age: 22-30.
- Gender: Male.
- Qualities: know MS office well, be familiar with reports in system and can handle.
- Others: good looking, honest, carefulness.
- Work experience: Having experience in household products or can be trained later.
