- Develop the integrated logistics services of SCS through networking, approaching, consulting for clients who have demand of logistics services
- Closely work with internal departments to give the best solutions for clients
- Maintain and develop relationship with current and new clients
- Using and exploring company’s customer database or searching by your own
- Follow the standard process of data sales order via company’s internal system and support internal department to solve the arisen troubles which related to shipment
- Ensure quality of customer service for internal and external clients through prompt feedback and suitable solutions timely
- Focus on approaching North America Customers (USA, Canada) & Europe, UK, Australia & Asia Clients
- Supporting the Accountant Department for timely collected debts
- Provide training and coaching for internship (if any)
- Do weekly, monthly, yearly report or internal report (if required)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and policies of company
- Other tasks assigned from time to time according to company’s strategy
- 2 years experience in freight forwarder industry
- Understanding of integrated logistics services/Products of freight forwarding business model
- Market insight of particular products of company (USA, /Canada /Japan, China route)
- English skill and added-on languages is the advantage
- Basic salary + 13th month salary bonus and 14th &15th month salary bonus according to company business activities
