Identify & forecast sales potential for WT market with a main focus on the Municipal Water market and be accountable for sales target. Monitor and evaluate the development / behavior of key players (Company customers inclusive of end customers, consultants, designers, competitors etc.) in Vietnam and translate into marketing strategies and tangible sales.
Identify key stakeholders in the WT segment (consultants, owners, main contractors); reach out to these stakeholders and work with them to specify or include Company range of products for their WT applications.
Maintain sales activity in CRM by updating customer data, planning of visits, generating of sales visits report and updating of projects status timely.
Actively participate in regional workshops and trainings pertaining to WT; provide feedback on local customers' needs and any new product/service improvement ideas
At least 2 years of sales experience in achieving sales targets in WT-related markets and/or technical experience with excellent knowledge in various applications for the WT industry.
Prior experience working in consulting or EPCs companies dealing with WT projects, especially Municipal Water Treatment would be a plus OR
Prior experience working in WT equipment supplier companies with a strong network amongst the industry would be advantageous.
Experience in developing and managing channel partners and/or project dealers.
Good network with key players in Municipal Water Treatment including end-users, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
Strong communication skills (internally and externally) with team player approach.
Proficient in project management with service focus.
