Packtica is a security printing company specialising in providing high technology security solutions for businesses such as variable data printings (V.D.P.) and an online authentication system. We have 5 branches across S.E.A., H.Q. in Malaysia, and 4 branches in Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia & Vietnam (New). To fuel the sales fire, we are looking for a self-motivated Sales Admin / Support who is hungry to learn, crave a challenge, feel energised to roll up and launch their career with us. You will be joining our pioneer team in HCMC Vietnam. This role is all about managing the office operation, assisting and supporting sales. Here, you will have the opportunity to change lives and contribute to the Vietnamese community for good.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Preparing material for sales
• Assist sales to research leads
• Support handling quotation, contract
• Receive & process sales orders
• Handling and maintaining office amenities
• Oversees office operations
• Logistic experience is an advantage

• Gender: Female
• 1 – 2 years experience handling the office operation 
• Eager to learn and curious about new things
• You are part of a team – need to be a team player & we support each other
• You must be proactive – positive thinking (optimistic)
• We will help and support you to address objectives and things. It would be best if you were self-driven to get things done
• Willing/Know-how to use CRM/ Experienced with CRM or Customer Management System
• We MUST BE outspoken, straightforward, integrity
• Our working environment is fast-paced then you need to be adaptive, ready to change when new things come
• You like technology/ Influences good to others (An advantage but not required)
• Take the DISC-test, which will be provided

• Fixed salary around VND 5mil – VND 8mil
• Gasoline, Mobile card allowances
