 Job Description / What You will Do;

“If you have Marketing or KOL Booking arrangement background, it is an advantage for you”

 - Assistant position of a Planning Team; Support such as taking care of

・Paper Works (Arrange documents by collaborating with other department – Legal, Finance….etc.)

・Influencer Booking & Arrangement

・Report Making (For clients)

・Prepare and Follow-up execution with Internal Team

・Prepare and Follow-up execution with suppliers (3rd parties)

・Search, prepare data, supporting images...for the team as required.

・Working Process Optimization

- Any other assignments from senior and manager.

- Clients are vary (Entertainment Clients – Formal Clients, Domestic – International clients)

- Good English Speaking

- Experienced in the jobs related to the job description

- Have strong will (mind) to solve issues internally and externally

- Multitask

- Happy to work for any kinds of tasks closely with Manager

- Humble and Polite, but quite aggressive / Active for working

- Independent mind-set

- 22-25 years old or around

- Young Generation, Friendly and Supportive Team

- Be the witness of growing up the team in Ads Agency with the firm back up of MCV (Media Company)

- Local and International Clients

- English environment

- Various experience to brush-up yourself

- Work under a Japanese Boss who enjoys Vietnam the most (*Japanese speaking is not required)
