- Negotiate and promote co-operations with partners to reach new employees
- Establish contact and conducting sales meetings with potential customers
- Conduct necessary follow-up to ensure sales process completion
- Track, care and evaluate activities of the customers and partners.
- Provide market insights from customers' perspective
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager
- Background on Sales, Business Development, Banking, Finance, Foreign trade and/or in related fields
- English listening and speaking skill
- Good communication, negotiable skill (to work with internal and external stakeholders)
- Result-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic sales environment
