Receptionist Tasks:
- Send/Receive and track mails and packages
- Shipping goods from Plant to Head office by mail car, or vice versa
- Keep Plant’s Stamp and stamp docs needed
- Manage TV Show at the Reception Area and Canteen
- Be a first contact person (welcome, guide visitor if any, provide safety shoes and other PPE at reception,...)
Admin Tasks:
- Managing and tracking stationary, storages in order not to be out of stock
- Support to create Amex Card for employee (fill form, guide employee, get signature contact Bank and send docs by courier, follow up to receive Card)
- Work with systems (My learning, e-passout form)
Other Tasks:
- Manage Gift for employee assigned by HR (support deliver and store gift after event)
- Control, check and confirm amount of purchase order/purchase request
- Follow up refreshment for Weekly fruits/ special meals; send calendar and picture to HR team
- Other tasks are assigned by Team Leader
- Working Experience: Welcome Fresher or Junior (6 months experience in similar capability)
- Languages: Good at English
- Working hours: Mon –Fri, 7:30 am –4:00 pm
- Working location: Singapore II IP, Vinh Tan Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province.
