- Analyze, understand customer requirements and communicate to the team

- Consulting team member about techincal aspects (basic design, detail design, coding, testcase, test viewpoint...).

- Review with appropriate feedback about quality of source code and other outputs of other members.

- 3+ software programming experience PHP, C#, VB.NET

- 1+ experienced Leading team

- Japanese N3

- Ability to review source code and evaluate the performance of members

- Experience in WEB (PHP, .NETCORE, .NET FRAMEWORK) development

- Experience in REST API development

- Experience in WINFORM (C#, VB) development

- Experience in MOBILE cross platform (Cordova, Ionic, Angular) development

- Proficiency in Database Design & SQL skills

- Proficient understanding of Code Versioning Tools (Git is preferred)

- Can suggest proper infrastructure and network design for small web system

- Salary from 35 – 40 Mil

- Working time: 8h-17h, Monday-Friday

- Bonus：1 time/year
