Mô tả công việc

Manage QI (Quality Inspection) for Aero Engine Part
(Receiving, In-process, CMM, Final inspection)
Establish and manage human resource at QI
Establish and manage expenses and investment plan at QI
Manage the overall common affairs of QI
Supervise the improvement of inspector’s ability
Perform internal audit and receive the audit from customers and 3rd party.
Monitoring the capability of process using SPC.
Co-operation with related departments to handle Non-conformance Products.
Any task from higher managers.

Mechanical Engineering and Quality Background.
At least 20-year experience related to Quality Control in Mechanical Manufacturing.
Good knowledge of Quality Management System Standard (AS9100, ISO 9001)
Experience of visual/dimensional/CMM inspection
Experience of Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, 7 QC Tools.
Experience of managing human resource and expenses
Excellent in English or Korean in all skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
