Mô tả công việc

Managing the purchase requests from other departments.
Cooperation with current suppliers and searching for new ones.
Managing the signing of the contracts with suppliers and keeping them up to date.
Monitor, manage and evaluate suppliers.
Prepare statistics and generate reports to the direct supervisor.
Responsible to follow the purchasing procedures.
Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery.
Support company events and admin tasks.
Other ad-hoc assignments from the direct manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Software: MS Office 365, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Good command of verbal and written communication English skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and with intensive deadlines.
Ability to work in a self-directed manner.
Experience in purchasing or admin
At least 2 years experience in purchasing or admin.
