- Receive new projects as assigned and provide the best appropriate Tech solutions.
- Make project plans and organize task implementation
- Manage the local project team, organize the work’s structure to maximize the performance of each individual, support and motivate team members.
- Supervise the project’s progress and schedule; adjust the activities as required.
- Work and maintain relationships with customers, update the project status, ensure everything aligns to requirements.
- Document and review project’s deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in full-life-cycle project management
- At least 1 year of experience in programming
- Good knowledge of developing software and testing processes
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Strong time & task management skills
- Enthusiastic, detailed, and highly responsible
- Proficient in English writing and speaking
- Proficient in project management
