• Direct project resources, develop project plans, ensure that the project is completed on time and OP meets company’s policy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the project.
• Acts as a catalyst to resolve project problems and conflicts, escalation when necessary.
• Ensures that impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible in the project management process.
• Monitor team activities and corporate with direct manager and other departments to solve issues if any.
• Push subordinates to implement the policy of company.
• Orient the challenge for each subordinate following team challenge.
• Make plans to develop skills of subordinates as direct manager’s requirement.
• Monitor performance and coach subordinates in the development process, management skills and solving method.
• Support pre-sales activities include consulting, proposing solutions and estimation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields. Master’s Degree or above is a plus.
• 5~10 years’ experience in Software/Business Analyst and/or programmer and at least 3 years’ experience in System Project Management for developing & implementing Based Software Solutions.
• Direct experience from the Automotive and/or Industrial sectors would be a plus.
• Good in English language.
• At least 5+ years experience in Software development life cycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
• Able to work under a tight schedule.
• Good design documentation is required.
• Able to build teamwork spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
