- Reviewing the projects and engaging the respective HQ Businesses
- Reviewing proactively review projects on a weekly basis and to be able to anticipate potential risks and to provide appropriate measures.
- Managing communication with HQ division, partners, and project resources
- Cooperating with the company's project managers on reviewing required documents (PRD and related materials)
- Overall support of projects according to milestones
- Manage communication for customers/subcontractor & project resources
- Ensure Project closure as per defined process
- Managing and reporting divisional level operational metrics
- Review the projects objectively and ensure proactive risk and dependency management
- Detect project risk and establish and implement a hedging plan when a risk occurs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Smooth communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams
- Human resource management and engagement in relationship building
- Based on the understanding of cost and contract method, it should be possible to manage
- cost variation in contract and execution process.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Project management/Vendor Management
- Good experience in Java, ability to work with many programming languages is a plus
- Good knowledge in Agile/DevOps
- Extensive experience in using Agile/Sprints & a product (MVP) centric design; Applying DevOps (CICD) and automation throughout the program development and rollouts
- Strong team player, able to work effectively as part of a cross-functional and distributed team. Experience in working with a virtual team is preferred.
- Effective analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems, issues, and solutions.
- Exposure to DevOps Tools like Jira/Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub is preferred.
- Cost-based project management capabilities.
- Good communication in English
