Project Management Executive (BPO Management)

- Conduct BPO agent performance reviews, cost/benefit analysis, and other operational strategy assessments by daily, weekly & monthly

- Use existing tools and methodology to conduct in-depth analysis to identify issues, problems, and opportunities

- Develop or enhance tools and methodology to improve analytical and diagnostic effectiveness

- Manage and improve center performance through daily performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures.

- Summarize, collect, and analyze call center trends and agents’ performance data for regular performance reports.

- Keep track of actions that are taken to address identified problem areas and monitor performance for improvements.

- Minimum 1-2 yrs working in a tech start-up environment (e-commerce, ride-hailing, food delivery…).

- High level of critical thinking, attention to detail & analytical skill to keep track of performance & generate reports to top management.

- Good communications skills, fluent in speaking & writing English.

- High collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible aligns the process with counterparts from other functions.
